Taking my friends out for the ride!!!!

Yippee!!!! Finally... I got my car!!!
Its number plate is SDG2322Z... Hyundai Accent, 1.3 manual... Titanium grey and just 2 years old...

Well... as you've guessed, i rented it... ya ya, blah blah... but hey, the inner feeling of owning a car in the near future burns even brighter, i really wanna own one soon lor, serious! I seriously think i'm a bit psychotic now, addicted to driving till the extent of renting one just to satisfy this craving...With a car, it makes me feel that i'm invincible, i'm omnipotent... i'm GOD!!! muahahaha... I can go every single part of Singapore to ravish all the good food, to see the places i've never been to, to do what i've always wanted to do(secret)... And tonight is the night...

Responding to the call of Shaojing and Wendi to go out and enjoy ourselves before their work goes into full swing and of course, before all my CAs come, i decided to lump it all into one night of fun and excitement... Yeah, literally.

I picked up the lot of SJ, Steven, Edwin and TD at around 7:30p.m, ferried them to Geylang where i did my first parallel parking since so many donkey years ago, achieved it within the first try ok! hehe... caught some good food there, Braised pig's trotters and entrails, Rocher road's soyabean milk and dao huei and D24 durians(as requested by TD the foreign durian addict) and also, brought our 2 girls along to see other girls who are making a living there haha... not bad at all, they were all green with envy(the beauty of other ladies) when we left that place.

Due to an inexperienced driver(me), and inexperienced guides(Steven and Edwin), we ended up taking more than 1 hour just to travel to marina bay to meet the rest of the girls... but hey, ever seen a car BURNING on the expressway? Powerrrr! I just we were lucky to see it, and thus kenna caught in a jam on the benjamin sheares bridge... Horlan until i think we were driving to Mars haha... we passed by bugis, east coast park, shenton way... all over the place?!?!

Made it to MArina, bowled a few rounds and con(we had a small competition) a few drinks from the girls with Steven and Edwin drinking Coke with mustard(courtesy of the girls), good thing i drank canned drinks hahaha...

Took a really huge gamble when we left that place at 3a.m where i took 7 people in my 5-seater car! Dang! Did i mention that 3a.m is the hot time for police to set up roadblocks to catch drunk-drivers? I bet they would be surprise if they ever catch a special case like me haha... Driving with a nervous heart is not pleasant at all...

Made it to Somerset youth park without any incident where we tucked in to a sumptous spread of oyster omelette, carrot cake, chinese ngoh hiong, fried hokkien prawn mee and char kway tiao... yummy!

With a full stomach, we took some pictures with the car, and i even taught Wendi how to drive a car(Wendi almost crash into the bend....haha...), and well, she is getting better each day, maybe i shd consider a career in teaching driving huh?

By the time everything ended with me sending TD and Steven home, its already 6a.m... Diao... I guess having a car means having the duty to send people home... And when its finally me and my car alone, i wound down the windows and blast my way home! NICE....

When am i getting my first car????

Edwin's Real birthday pics!!!!

Haha... Finally, a decent outing...
Edwin turned 22 today(19/08/2005), among the things he did, relinquishing his old bike for a new one(not shown here), giving us a treat to partyworld KTV , chilling out at a Jazzy lounge(Jazz@southbridge), enduring the brief scuffle at the merlion(you guys would know what i meant haha...naughty naughty TD) and supper at Esplanade up till the wee hours of 4a.m... Oh man... He is a such good brother... We've had so much fun that i think none of us wanted to go home? (Who was the one who suggested going clubbing after supper?) haha... too bad i had to work the following day, else i would surely do some other outrageous stuff liao haha...
