First baking experience with ah juan...

Taking my mind off her is top on my list of priorities these days...
Even though i'm still praying for her to realise who's really true to her everyday,
her irresponsible actions is telling me to move on...
so when the opportunity calls,
i took it up...
baking carrot cake with cheese frosting!
haha...
ah juan is really bo liao too... but watever, we had fun!
Lets go thru the steps below!

Firstly, we have to get all the utensils ready right? there you go... make sure u have a checklist ready!

Now we have to mix all the ingredients together, the flour, vanilla extract, sugar, eggs, cinnamon powder, walnut crumbs, grated carrot and baking powder... wow... thats a whole load of ingredients, dun miss out on their proportions hor... consequences will be disastrous... and now i also know why ah juan got me here liao... i'm suppose to take the place of her electric beater la! kaoz... it was really hard work mixing that viscous mixture up man... think i trained my muscles liao haha...

Finally, we can start putting the mixture into the casts to be bake!

Not forgetting the icing or frosting... A mixture of cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla extract and butter! also very hard to mix...

oops! the first batch didn't look so good... guess we over cooked it... so instead of 20 minutes... we gave it 10! how would it look? hmm...

There! the perfect second batch with my wonderful icing on top! The taste is damn nice la... Hee hee...

Ah juan's dog... especially playful with me i wonder why... but it hasn't taken a bath for some time liao... so... er... haha, u get wat i mean... but its cuteness rescued it haha... dun u think so? and it shared a couple of our cupcakes too! look at it waiting anxiously to be fed... haha

There... the baking chefs of the day with our wonderful product... hey, ah juan dunno how to smile ar? notice there's another colour icing? i requested for that... guess it turned a bit too fairytale kinda colour sia? haha... but its definitely edible k! i ate a couple myself!
